Sprint Triathlon Clinic Fee’s: $150 + GST

(except KALRATS Clinic-6 weeks $112.50 + HST)    

Olympic Triathlon Clinic Fee’s: $195 + GST

**Fee’s do not include Pool access, that is extra**

Clinic Details:

When and Where: 

Swim Sessions- most M/W/F at Parkinson Rec Centre 6:30-7:30am and Various Open Water Beaches(once water warms)
Bike sessions- Thursdays 6pm meet at Mission Sports Fields and Saturdays 9am at Various locations
Run Sessions- Wednesdays 6pm meet at Mission Sports fields
Brick Sessions -Saturdays 8 or 9am at Various locations


All levels but focusing on Intermediate level athletes who have already done a triathlon or a tri-clinic or those with a high level of experience in one or two of the sports in triathlon.


Physiological testing-to determine appropriate and individual training zones; basic bike fit-if required; Individualized training schedule-based on athletes needs and experience(not all athletes program will be the same);  guaranteed scientifically based programming-this is not a “book” plan;  discounts on other seminars and clinics when/if scheduled during clinic dates;  product discounts;  and MORE!
