Policies

  1. 4 month minimum on all programs; a minimum of 1 week prior to the end of the  first 4 months, you are required to inform CoachRob directly by phone or email of your discontinuation of the program.  Failure to do so will result in continued monthly charges for the access to the website and coaching services.
  2. No GST if 4 or more months are paid in full in advance.
  3. All payments are Cash or cheque only, with the option of monthly postdated cheques.
  4. Upon acceptance, new clients and returning clients must sign 3 forms:  Consent, PAR-Q and Application and must complete the online registration and access to CSR Database/Logbook.
  5. $40  service charge for all NSF cheques.
  6. Travel fee for all Offsite meetings and consultations: $0.65/km; office and meeting location is 5272 Lakeshore Rd., and all meetings must be arrange with CoachRob.
  7. 48 hours notice is required for any rescheduled or cancelled appointments; a $40 administration fee for failure to do so.
  8. If for some reason you can not utilize the service due to injury and doctors note, the service can be transferred or a credit can be given.

Drop In Fees: As a drop in client, first session is free; for subsequent sessions Prepaid Drop In Access card will need to be purchased for $50, $100  amounts and can be used for any of the sessions listed until prepaid amount is used up.
